If you want to work in Russian construction market, it`s necessary to have the admission for carrying out of the works. These admissions are given out by the self-regulatory organizations. According to the Russian legislation one should join for such purpose.
Construction companies which are carrying out all work set (engineering survey, projecting and construction), must join to three SROs at once as the complex SROs couldn`t exist.

Non-commercial partnership of constructors of small and medium business is self-regulatory organization based on membership of companies, carrying out construction, reconstruction, renewal of objects of capital construction. It was founded in 2008.
Partnership purpose is creating of conditions and rules for professional construction activity by the enterprises of small and medium business, to increase the level of safety and quality of construction work.
SRO NP CSMB accepts entities including foreign companies and private entrepreneurs corresponding to requirements for Evidences of the admission to one or several kinds of work, that impact on safety of objects of capital construction.
SRO NP CSMB unites more than hundred construction organizations among which the foreign construction organizations such as: "KRAESS" (Germany), «Ajz Engineering » (Germany), "Nacap" (Holland).
SRO NP CSMB closely cooperates with state structures, in particular: Ministry of economic development of Russia, Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, the Federal agency of technical regulating and metrology, Committee on property of State Duma of Russia; with public organizations, including Builders Association of Russia, Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Delovaya Rossia, Chamber of commerce and industry , etc.
The insurance system developed by Partnership allows protect with high degree of reliability the Compensation fund and members of Partnership. The estimation methodology of reliability of the construction companies is created. Based on it we are planning to spend the differentiated estimation of reliability of professional participants of construction market on groups of criteria. It will allow potential customers and insurers to have full idea about the construction organization - member SRO. It initially reduces their risks and gives to constructors additional benefits.
SRO NP CSMB develops the international cooperation within the framework of Vienna process and the EU-Russia Industrialists’ Round Table and assists in dialogue between Russian and European construction companies.
The partnership takes active part in improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of construction, self-regulation and technical regulation. We are capable to briny opinion of construction professionals to all levels of executive and legislature state bodies.
